My first application of a "lesson learned from ATL was to build a new email template. Ralph mentioned sending customers the "this is the info I have and is it right" email. Some of my 3rd party vendors are notorious for sending leads with just flat out wrong info and we end up supplying customers with info that means nothing to them.
Below is my first edit. I thought it might be a little to long. But, I have got 2 responces already this morning.

What I recieved is that you are looking for:

No color preference
If that in fact is what you are looking for, then great I will get you the info you need.

We had NonjaDealer.com set up on a white background before this past week... Should we go back to white with black letters?

No worries! I could have done better at noticing and taken care of it myself.
Just ran out of time this AM.
Whew, back to work after a 3 day absence is a headspinner !

Update
Used template 12 times got 7 responses. No one added or updated their contact info so dropping that part of it. (seemed a bit contrived anyway)
Will see how it performs over the weekend.
